Actors Lee ByungHun, Han JungWoo, Ha JiWon and Choi KangHee are awarded the popular star awards at the 30th Blue Dragon Movie Award.

The award cermony took place on 2nd December in Seoul KBS Hall with Kim HyeSoo and Lee BumSoo as the hosts of the ceremony.

Hero Jaejoong turned down cast offer for Iris season 2

KBS2TV drama Iris, the Iris production representative explains, “We are already planning Iris season two, filming will begin in May of next year at the earliest.”

According to the representative, they already have plans for Iris season two; they will be filming in China, Japan, Europe, and other locations.

Iris lead actor is predicted to not be able to take a part in Iris season two, due to his already scheduled Hollywood film. Aside from him, other actors have possibilities of reappearing in season two, but until now nothing have been confirmed.

MBLAQ’a Idol Army show official preview released

This season of ‘Every1 Idol Army’ featuring MBLAQ will air its first episode on December 16th. In the preview, the members take part in a photoshoot for the show’s official poster. Through this short clip, we can anticipate what to expect from these boys when the show airs.

4Minute releases a new Christmas song with Maria and Amen.

For a change after their dance hit songs like ‘Hot Issue’ and ‘Muzik’, 4Minute shows their vocal capabiltiies through the  releases of a Christmas song ‘Jingle Jingle’ with singer Mario and rapper Amen.

The song is written by Han SangWon, who produced many hit songs for singers like  SeeYa, VOS, SS501, Bada, IU etc.

Watch out for new girlgroup Nia, hailed as the ‘2nd Brown Eyed Girls’

Hip hop producer singer MC HanSai (MC한새) reveals upcoming female group Nia, who are also called the ‘2nd Brown Eyed Girls’.

MC HanSai’s agency BCR Media said on the 2nd, “MC HanSai is the main producer for Nia’s new single album.”

The group gained much attention in the indie scene earlier this year in April when they released their single ‘My Everything’ and was promoting in the HongDae region. They were also called the ‘2nd Brown Eyed Girls‘.

Hottests’ flash mob video for 2PM JaeBum selected as the Video Of The Year by Youtube!

A flash mob video done by 2PM fans wishing for JaeBum to return to the group released earlier in September has been chosen as the video of the year.

YouTube will be introducing the ‘2009 Korea Video of The Year’ on its main page from the 2nd till 3rd December.

The video was uploaded on 20th September and it has till date attracted over 310K views, and has been chosen as the video of the year. JaeBum has left the group and also Korea that month after a MySpace controversy was blown out of proportion.
