Park JungAh and Seo In Young will have their last and goodbye stage with Jewelry on 10th January.
This period of album promotions will be the last for the 2 before they will leave the group for their solo careers, and coming 10th January on SBS Inkigayo they will officially end their activities as part of Jewelry.
According to a Star Empire staff on 6th January, “Park JungAh and Seo In Young will leave Jewelry after this week’s broadcast performance. Since it is their last performance as Jewelry, they are preparing a memorable performance for fans.”
Kim EunJung and Ha JooYeon of Jewelry, with members Park JungAh and Seo In Young leaving the group, will transform as party girls.
The 2 members will be appearing as the cover girls for January issue of magazine ‘Nail Up’. And they also do an interview for the magazine about the other 2 members leaving, “Even though we felt reluctant and sad about it, the unnies have their future and we want to show everyone that we can do well even without the unnies. Even though we are far from perfect, now that we have to take over the responsibilities, we felt that our shoulders are heavier now.”
The top singers will come together on 31st December for MBC Gayo DaeJun in MBC Dream Centre. There will be a variety of performances put up by the year’s most popular singers.

News of Park JungAh being confirmed of swine flu while doing her last promotional activities as Jewelry has got many netizens feeling sorry for the singer.
Park JungAh has been hospitalised for exhaustion and flu symptoms on 21st December. And following, she has been confirmed of swine flu at the hospital in Seoul.
It is known that Park JungAh had teared feeling sorry that she cannot be with the other members on her last promotional activities with the group.
The last song ‘Love Story’ featuring members Park JungAh and Seo In Young as part of the group Jewelry has been released.
Jewelry released their 6th repackaged album ‘End And…’ on 17th December on online music sites.
‘End And…’ meant the ending and a new challenge for both members after they will leave the group. The song is produced by famous producer Jo YeongSoo and Ahn YeongMin. It is said to suit the winter season and is a medium tempo ballad, something different from the usual dance songs that Jewelry will do.
With news that Park JungAh and Seo In Young leaving group Jewelry, there are speculations that SuperStar K Park SaeMin will join the group as a new member.
The Star Empire representative revealed on 11th December, “Park JungAh and Seo In Young will end their promotions as part of Jewelry with the group’s 6th repackaged album ‘Love Story’. We will be looking for new members for the group, and they will have a comeback next year.”
After which, much attention was put on SuperStar K Park SaeMi as the possible candidate to join Jewelry. It was known that Park SaeMi recently signed with Star Empire after the audition show and is preparing for her debut.

Some of the biggest musicians in Korea have come together for a photoshoot for markeup brand MAC.
There are in total 10 musician teams who participated in this ‘Viva Glam’ photoshoot – Kim TaeWoo, Bada, Park JungAh, Baek Ji Young, Brown Eyed Girls, Ivy, In Sooni, Clazziquai, Jaurim Kim YoonAhn-Kim Hyung Gyu and Tiger JK-Yoon MiRae.
The photoshoot aims to bring awareness as well as educate the public about AIDS.
KARA, Kim Bum, Epik High, Bada and Jewelry were some of the stars who appeared for the 3rd episode of farming special on MBC Infinite Challenge aired on 31st October.
The IC members were excited to see that the rice they have harvested previously were growing well. And at about 9am on the day of filming, actor Kim Bum appeared. Jung JoonHa had called him over and he came with food for the IC members and also put on a pair of boots to help out.
An hour later, girlgroup KARA also appeared and did a butt dance performance for the IC members to show them support.
